Now Mark and Peter are taking beer into the "Wine profile" market segment, giving beer sophisticated complex flavors, and taking it outside the normal 2 to 3 flavor style.

Business model is to market to high end restaurants and beer specialty pubs, and to maintain low volume to control taste.

Our focus this year is the development of 10 new beers of distinction to wow the senses and exceed ones palate expectations - from taste, to smell and feel for an enjoyable experience.

We will be at the 2007 Beer fest in Mammoth Lakes this summer for our first release round of beers. Why Mammoth? It's the mineral rich water!! The yeast love it!!
